Letter of Recommendation: Megan Deschenes

Dear:

Megan Deschenes has worked under my supervision since August 26, 2015 as a
Nursing Student in the 4th semester Preceptor ship program at the University of
Arizona, College of Nursing. Megan has done her clinical s at Tucson Medical
Center, Tucson, Arizona on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Megan has taken on 23 patients for this particular unit at times including: nursing leadership role as
Shadowing the Charge Nurse and managing of her patients. During her rotation,
Megan proved to be an efficient, hardworking, patient advocate and important team
member. Not only did her Preceptor but other staff members commented on her
excellence when caring for her patients.

I was very impressed with Megans ability to complete all work assigned to her in a
timely and professional manner. In addition, Megan was very precise and thorough
with all her work.
I highly recommend Megan for whatever position she may decide to endeavor. She
is a type of person that anyone would enjoy to work be side.
