Toyota introduced a floor mat recall in 2009 in regards to the accelerator

pedal that has caused sudden unintended acceleration. NASA and the National
Highway Traffic Safety Administration found that there were no electronic issues
with any Toyota vehicles. They also further concluded that pedal misapplication
was one of the root causes of these accidents. On a scale of 1 to 10 indicate if this
