WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE ON THE WEBSITE?

I am not sure that the website's banner advertising was "worth" the expense.
It would have been nice to see what the student site looked like.
N/A
We have been having trouble accessing the website to post jobs. We continually receive error
messages. Our IT department looked into it and said that the site continues to go down and there
isn't anything on their end that they can do. https://psu-csm.symplicity.com/employers
PLEASE PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
1. A voucher for lunch at a campus location, or a coupon for a % off. / 1. Better use of the web
banners - once employers pay for those ads, they should be the only ones on the website scroller, or
have them be "stationary" graphics so that the ones at the end have a chance to be seen. I had to sit
on the site for almost a minute before all the hiring banners scrolled through, and in a world where
attention spans have been shorted to 6 seconds and 140 characters that was way too long of a wait.
I would have liked to have seen the job fair hours extended. I don't think that 3 hours was long
enough. / Also, it would have been nice to have a full table for our company setup, along with lunch
provided for the recruiters.
More information regarding how to locate the fair. Specific directions to the parking garage and
where to meet the shuttle.
As Penn State alumni, I was treated as just another exhibitor. It was done very non-descriptly. Many
universities have ways to distinguish alums who return to promote their organizations and you
should do the same.
Perhaps letting us know that we can bring pop-up banners. I thought the space was going to be very
small and tight, however it was definitely large enough to accommodate a pop-up banner. /
Each organization should have their own full table. it causes congestion and room flow issues with
everyone packed together sharing tables. its hard to have a conversation with other candidates
standing so close to each other and other organizations space.
I would be interested to know how many students visited the fair, a breakdown of majors/minors,
and what year they are in. If there are any other details that could be provided to help business
better prepare for recruiting.
Your parking instructions were obviously copied from a career fair held previously at the BJC--all of
the directions were related to unloading at the BJC when the event was actually held at the HUB. I'm
local so I didn't have any trouble but this would have been extremely confusing for an out-oftowner.
