The purpose of this essay is to persuade my audience that the gender pay gap does
exist and should be eliminated from society. It shows how women with the same
qualifications should recieve equal pay for the same positions. The intended audience
would be those who either agree or oppose with whether the pay gap should be present or
eliminated. The strengths within this essay would be the use of paraphrases and
quotations and how they were integrated into the paragraphs. The grammar and
punctuation was good, but could be better. The weaknesses of this eassy would be the
flow from point to point. The individual arguments could be stronger and have more
evidence. I given a re-do, I would not choose to change anything.
