Procedure

Introduction (3
Mins.)

Length of Lesson:

Attention: Alright class criss cross apple

sauce on the carpet.
For numeracy at the red table I have these
sheets ready for you guys (have examples on
the board) First we put our names on our page,
and then we fill in the numbers from 1-10 on
the page in the appropriate spot. After you
pick a pattern and color in all the candy or
ornament.
Our second page is of a gingerbread man, you
guys have to color him in according to the
instructions at the top of the page
Learning Activities:
1: Let students
2: show students worksheet example on the
board. We are going to be authors now and we
are going to draw two animals teaching each
other to speak just like the cow and pig taught
each other. (Have pre-made example to show
or quickly create example). Now you guys are
too smart for scribble writing so I want you to
sound out the animals sounds for your speech
bubbles and use your best author writing,
remember to spell out the word the best that
you can.
Go through steps on the board: Name, Draw,
Write, and Color.
Transition: When I say Go I want you all to
return to your seat, moo, ribbet, oink, quack,
go!
Walk around and help students complete their
