Should Mobile Phone be Banned in Schools?

In the last few years, there has been an explosion in the use
of new communication technologies, including mobile phone; it is
estimated that over 70% of young people aged 10- 14 now on
mobile phone. Considerable debate has taken place in the press
recently as to whether pupils should be allowed to take their mobile
phones to school.
Many schools do not allow students to bring mobile phone to
school. It is very reasonable because bringing phone to school
potentially disturb the learning process. Now, Mobile Phone have
complete Facility such as camera, Internet, Music, etc. But many
students have abuse this facilities. When lesson still go on the student have do something beside
hear a lesson from their teacher. When the teacher is teaching the students playing a game, so
they cannot concentration with the lesson, but they consentrate with the game they cant accept
the lesson that the teacher bring. Most of students also use a mobile phone to browsing in
internet, perhaps they open facebook, twitter or perhaps they open site that prohibite to open it
such as they can open it easily pornographich site. Si beside can
disturb their consentration to study. It also make the students
morality down or damage.
Students go to school to learn and behave fair way Mobile
Phones provide a large temptation to cheat in tests. They can
communicate to anyone and almost anywhere in the world.
Because ofthe small size of the cell phone, students can send a
text quietly and discreety. The text can homework and other class
assignment. Learning in school is to behave fair not cheating.
Based on the above reasons, we can conclude that mobile phones should be banned in schools.
We may use the phone again after the end of teaching and learning time. We recommend that you
make use of mobile phones according to well procedures and did not deviate from ethics
