My Story:
I was born and raised
on a small farm in
Lovelock, NV on
January 21st, 1980.
Growing up, I was
farming at the age of
12 alongside my father
in the summers.
During the school year,
I played basketball and
football and graduated
from Pershing County
High School in 1999.
I am a first generation
Mexican-American and
my family is from
Jalisco, Mexico. In
college I further
studied the Spanish
language and Latin
American culture.
Because of my
background and my
studies, I have been
able to make a positive
difference within my
family and community.
My wife, son and I
currently reside in
Reno, NV where I am
focusing on a new
career and family
goals.
