o How cost effective your project is based on the breakdown of budget Modernization of methods overtime (30 points) o Addressing changes that can be made to current process that will be more effective and time efficient Timely expenditure of grant funds (20 points) o Review of if project will be delivered at a reasonable time The applicant can get a maximum of 215 points in which those with the highest scores get their proposal granted.
