My name is Dennise Molina and I am interested in becoming an intern for Rodeo
Realty. Im currently a student at California State University, Northridge. Im studying to
obtain my bachelors degree in finance and minor in real estate. My future goal is to
become a real estate agent and acquire my own firm in Los Angeles. I would like to
become a part of the Rodeo Realty team to expand my knowledge of what it takes to
become a successful real estate agent.
As an intern for Rodeo Realty, I will be willing to assist any of your agents. I have
great communication skills due to my retail and restaurant experiences. This experience
taught me how to be outgoing, friendly, and apply my personal social skills into my work
life to satisfy customers. Another strength I possess is my knowledge from working at a
mortgage firm. Through this experience, I learned the ins and outs of how mortgages are
handled. Although I have a brief knowledge of the business, I am eager and willing to
learn from the professionals at Rodeo Realty.
