LAWYERS DIARY
Every advocate keeps a daily diary while attending any court
proceedings.I was curious to know why and for what purpose
every advocate and his staff keeps and maintain a daily diary
for recording the next date of hearing in matter before judicial
authority. Daily diary helps and guides the advocate in
knowing about the day, place, time and name of the judicial
authority and for what purpose the matter is fixed for next
hearing. Accidentally or intentionally the matter may be fixed
on a holiday or the day when everyone concerned/advocate
may in a difficulty to attend the same. If one knows
beforehand may pray for a suitable, convenient nearby dates
of hearing. In other words daily diary helps in organizing,
planning and preparation of the brief in sequence and
chronicle or priority order. It helps in doing the legal
professional duty which effect positively in delivering the
justice to the party concerned.
