and execute any and all pleadings, letters, letter complaint and other documents relative to the case entitled __________________
2. To prepare and cause the preparation of, to verify, certify, sign
and execute any and all pleadings, letters, letter complaint and other documents, in relation to the filing of all other cases against me;
3. To appear in the proceedings, including the pre-trial, trial,
appeal, and in the commencement of special civil actions, of any such case and other cases related thereto and in particular, to consider:
a. the possibility of an amicable settlement or of a
submission to alternative modes of dispute resolution; b. the simplification of issues; c. the necessity or desirability of amendments to the pleadings; d. the possibility of obtaining stipulations or admissions of facts and of documents to avoid unnecessary proof; e. the limitation of the number of witnesses; f. the advisability of a preliminary references of issues to a commissioner; g. the propriety of rendering judgment on the pleadings, or summary judgment, or of dismissing the action should a valid ground be found to exist; h. the advisability or necessity of suspending the proceedings; i. such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of the action; and j. to do, perform and consider all such matters as may be brought up during any stage of the proceedings thereof; including the pre-trial conferences/stages thereof under the Revised Rules of Court or other applicable regulations, such as to enter into stipulation of facts, simplification of issues, compromise and other acts related to the case under such terms and conditions as said attorney shall deem proper or necessary.
