KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ________, single, of legal age, Filipino, presently detained at BJMP Female


Dormitory, Las Pinas City Jail, by these presents do hereby name, constitute and appoint
___________________________, with postal address at c/o No____________________,
Philippines to be my true and lawful attorneys-in-fact in my name, place and stead, with
full and special power and authority to do and perform the following:

1. To file/defend any civil or criminal cases, in connection with my


property rights as the registered owner of a house and lot covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. ______________________, against ______________ before
the appropriate quasi-judicial body, tribunal and/or courts of proper
jurisdiction;

2. To file/ defend any civil or criminal cases, in connection with the


incident relating to my detention and abduction which took place on 02
December 2019, against ________________________, and other persons who
have violated my rights and/ or committed a crime against me before the
appropriate quasi-judicial body, tribunal and/or courts of proper jurisdiction;

3. To file/defend, and verify the necessary complaint, answer,


affidavits, petitions, appeals, and all other pleadings necessary for the
prosecution/ defense of the case, and for prosecution of compulsory and
permissive counterclaims therein, including the prosecution of individuals
mentioned above in a separate and independent civil and criminal complaints,
and for said purpose to sign in my behalf, any pleadings, documents, affidavits,
certifications against non-forum shopping and verifications, declarations or
statements which may be needed or necessary in any proceedings of the said
cases abovementioned;

4. To submit all documents and evidence necessary and relative to


the filing of the aforesaid cases;

5. To compromise and/or settle or dismiss the case, if warranted,


either totally or partially and also for the purpose of considering any and all of
the following matters:

a. the possibility of an amicable settlement or of a submission


to alternative modes of dispute resolution;

b. the simplification of the issues;

c. the necessity or desirability of amendments to the


pleadings;

d. the possibility of obtaining stipulations or admissions of


facts and of documents to avoid unnecessary proof;

e. the limitation of the number of witnesses;


f. the advisability of a preliminary reference of issues to a
commissioner;

g. the propriety of rendering judgment on the pleadings, or


summary judgment, or of dismissing the action should a valid
ground therefor be found to exist;

h. the advisability or necessity of suspending the proceedings;


and

i. such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of


the action.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorneys-in-fact full power and
authority, as may be requisite and proper in carrying into full and legal effect any
and all things reasonably necessary and proper in the premises above-mentioned as fully
to all intents and purposes as the I might or could do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that the attorneys-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue hereof.
