SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Quezon City, Philippines to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact for us and in our
name, place and stead, to do and perform any and all of the following acts and things,
to wit:

1. To represent and sign for us whatever documents are necessary in

effecting the full payment of the balance of our loan with Insular
Savers Bank Inc., with Reference Number: xxx in the amount of Php

2. To process and/or obtain any documents in connection with our

loan/mortgage contract;

3. To receive the original Transfer Certificate of Title No. xxxx in

possession of Insular Savers Bank Inc. after the payment of the balance
to the Insular Saver Bank Inc. in the amount of P2,069,695.17; and

4. To do such other acts and things as are necessary and pertinent to the
foregoing.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact, full power

and authority to do and perform all and every act, requisite and necessary to carry
into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or
could lawfully do if personally present with power of substitution and hereby
ratifying, confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof.
