TacticImplementation
Iaskedmyfatherabouttheprocessofassimilation,andhisviewpointonthe

TacticRecommendations
Bycommunicatingwithmyfather,Ibecamemoreawareofmyfathersissueand

TacticImplementation

TacticRecommendations
Thistacticwasverygoodandithelpedmebecomeabettercommunicatorand

TacticImplementation
Iimplementedthisduringmyartclasswhensomeoneexpressedadissenting

howeverIusedthesevenstepsexplainedinthebooktoremaincalmandtoresolvethe

situations.
TacticRecommendations
Rememberingthesevenstepsthatwasexplainedinthebookwasincredibly
positiveandIwouldrecommendtheimplementationsofthesesimpletipsamong
everyoneslives.Whenutilizingtheadvice,suchasrecognizingtheexistenceof
differentstyles,itcanreducetensionasconflictisoftenexacerbatedbecauseofthe
