I will have to ask questions to each teachers about their first hand knowledge of their students, teachers instructional style, as well as the community and school environments. Using the information obtained, I will then write a comparison/contrast paper about the two teachers. Rationale: To document my understanding of InTASC Standard 10, Leadership and Collaboration, I had to take the initiative and contact each teacher and set up an interview date. This process showed professional development, collaboration, and leadership. Learning about different perspectives about student/teacher learning, families, community, and much more.
