To utilize, my communication and customer service skills to provide the best service possible.
Experience
Front Desk Operator, Identity Properties
As a front desk staff member we had to make sure the condo was to the guest liking, if not we were able to
move the guest to a different unit if available. Made sure the guest had everything in the unit they needed. If
asked we would give suggestions to restaurants and things to do in Park City. Also gave discounts on any ski
equipment if needed
Prepare for the following days arrivals and departures. Making sure there was a key for the number of
guests, print out packets with the guest information and maps, and also placed packets outside in a safe for
late arrivals.
Made sure the luggage was handled properly whether the guest had an early check-in time or a late
departure.
