    Here, we took six unknown sucrose solutions and placed them in dialysis tubing. We then
    recorded the initial mass, and then after that placed them into pure water. Twenty minutes later,
    the solutions were removed from the water and we recorded their mass again. This mass
    difference was used to calculate the unknown molarity of the sucrose solutions. The independent
    variables were the sucrose solutions and the dependent variables were their molarities.
