S.A.F.A.R.

I MANUAL
1.) Open the switch under the S.A.F.A.R.I (right side)
2.) Text the system using your mobile phone (The number and carrier depends on the users
preferences)
3.) Follow the format provided by the proponents of the device for the system to work properly.

(Minimum of 1 waypoint

and Maximum of 6
Waypoints)

4.) Obtain the desired coordinates using the 3rd party android application: Map Coordinates

(You can use the COPY COORDINATES function to ease the input of coordinates)
5.) Send the text message to the mobile number you used with the device.
(Upon using the device, make sure the sim card is loaded)
6.) You will receive a text that the Target Waypoint are Set

7.) Wait for the S.A.F.A.R.I to finish the test, Afterwards it will sent a message about the details
of the testing.

8.) Data are stored on an SD Card which can be removed and interpreted using the S.A.F.A.R.I

Remove the SD Card from the device


use a Card reader to plug it in a computer
Once recognized, open the program
On the Right side of the panel, click on Select Storage then choose the storage device of
S.A.F.A.R.I
5.) Afterwards, click on Select Text File located on the left side to choose what data you
want to interpret
6.) Click Interpret to display the Results.
