Reflection

Question-

What problems did you encounter in completing the signature assignment? How did you
troubleshoot them, if you did?

Response-

This signature assignment was enjoyable to research. The topic that I choose was Discrimination
in the Workplace. I choose this topic because I believe in the equality of all people, especially in
the workplace. I ran into a few issues trying to complete the assignment though. The day before
my assignment was due I noticed that I had my assignment typed in MLA format instead of APA.
This was my first assignment in APA format. I had no idea how to format and write in APA style.
I searched for websites that provided an overview of APA. I used the APA workshop to instruct
me on my journey. After hours of searching, I finally got the idea of APA. I had to miss a day of
work to get my report together. My advice to myself would be to read the outline thoroughly and
not procrastinate. Overall, I enjoyed the assignment. I learned new things from my research and
educated myself of APA format.
