Dear Sir or Madam 1am writing to recommend Mr. Nikita Mikhailov for studies at UNC Charlotte. I met Nikita through his mother, Elena, who also works in the medical field. Nikita expressed an interest in shadowing a physician to observe the day-to-day routine of a self-employed specialist physician. Nikita was pleasant and respectful to my staff and to our patients. He asked inquisitive questions about our practice and seemed interested in learning more about the medical field. He demonstrated professionalism and good people skills during his visits. | would say that Nikita is personable, and good natured. He demonstrates cool-headedness at times of serious diagnosis’ and often shows initiative. Often, as | stepped out of the room for a brief moment, Nikita would converse with and comfort patients who were in dire need of taking their minds off bad news.
