Italian Anisette Biscotti..Anthony Spinelli.

This is a super italian flavor Biscotti made for


many years in the Spinelli Home..
4-cup all purpose flour.
3-eggs
1-cup sugar.
3-teaspoon baking powder.
1/4-teaspoon salt.
1-stick butter.
1-tablespoon Anisette liquor or Anise Extract.
After mixing and kneading form dough into
two logs..Use parchment paper in baking pan or
grease baking pan as another option.
Mix all dry ingredients..
Add wet ingredients and stir into dough
mixture..Form into log..Bake 20 minutes.
Remove from oven..Let cool..Slice on diagonal.
Lay down in baking pan and bake 10 minutes each side
at 350 degree fahrenheit.Enjoy...
