This is a powerful devotional hymn used to worship of Shiva. Jyotirlinga refers
to radiance sign of lord Shiva. There are twelve holy jyotirlinga shrines in ind ia. This stotra is recite or chanting to worship of those 12 jyotirlinga of lord shi va. (2) Vaidyanath in Paralya and Bhimashankaram in Dakinya; Ramesham (Rameshwaram) in Sethubandh, Nagesham (Nageshwar) in Darauka-Vana. (3) Vishvanath in Vanarasi, Triambakam at bank of the river Gautami; Kedarnath i n Himalayas and Gushmeshwar in Shivalaya (Shiwar). (4) One who recites these Jyotirlingas every evening and morning, is gets reliev ed of all sins committed in past seven lives. One, who visits these, gets all his wishes fulfilled by Shiva grace and one's ka rma gets eliminated as Maheshwara (Shiva) gets satisfied to the worship.
