Measurements
DSP: 8 x 4
White: Note Tag Punch

Instructions
1. Please read instructions all the way through before you begin.
2. Place the DSP on the portrait side and score it @ 1 on both sides. Turn on
landscape side and score @ 1/2, 1, 3-1/2, 4-1/2, 7, 7-1/2.
3. Fold on Score lines and use your Bone Folder.
4. Cut the box see template below.
5. Use the 1/8 Circle Punch to cut out hole for the ribbon (angle the top if youd
like).
6. Add Adhesive and assemble box.
7. Thread the Gold Taffeta Ribbon at the top and add Gold Cording Trim.
8. Rub the Embossing Buddy across the Whisper White card stock and stamp
image with Versamark ink.
9. Sprinkle the Gold Embossing Powder over the image, shake off excess and heat
with Heat Tool.
10. Cut image out with the Note Tag Punch and add to front of box with a
Dimensional.
