Assumptions:
Proposed application works in all platforms that support
Java.
A limited number of action items are supported (which
depends on provision for memory which is a constraint in
development phase).
Only a few or limited number of people can access the
application (as is the capacity of database in development
phase).

Purpose:
To build a simple but effective tool for keeping track of
commitments with ease in an organisation which takes
supporting teams by assigning members to a team, changing
members assigned in the team and assigning action items to a
team etc.

Project requirements:
Update from Java swing to Java FX
Della must support teams
Allow Offline mode to perform read-only access to
an individuals projects
Resynchronize after coming back on-line
User Interface enhancement

Java FX Scene Builder
Net Beans IDE
JDK 8

Priority of requirements:
Priority 1: Update from Java swing to Java FX.
Priority 2: Must support teams.
Priority 3: Resynchronize after coming back on-line
