empathyandpatience,youmustvieweachstudentasanindividualandwhileyou
areofanauthoritativepositiontreatthemasanequal.Seektounderstandthe
whyofthesituationtothebestofyourability.Youalsomusthaveaverysimple
andunderstoodsetofguidelinesthatpertaintotheentireclassroomwhilestill
utilizingindividualmanagementplansandbehaviorsystems.

Themostcrucialpartoflessonplanning,particularlyintheregardstospecial
educationclassroomsitisessentialtogaugethelessonplanstobeadaptableto
eachvaryingstudentsneedsandlearningpreferences.Lessonplansshouldbe
builttoallowstudentstoexpresstheircreativity,noridgedexpectations.This
followsinsuitwithmathematicsandscienceaswellmanydifferentmethodsshall
betaughtwithdifferentcorrespondingactivitiesorhomeworksheets.
COMMUNICATION
Communicationamongstcolleaguesandstudentsisquiteliterallythekeyto
success.Everyonesinputisvaluableandessentialtobuildingastrongand

concreteformofunderstandingandnetworking.Thisgoesalongwithstudentsjust
asmuchascolleagues,youoftenlearnmorefromchildrenastheirresponsesare
uncensoredandunfetteredallowinggenuinefeedback.AlongwiththisIstrongly
believeafirmunderstandingofcommunicationandsocialskillsmustbe
establishedandcontinuetogrowwithinthenurturingclassroomenvironment.

Ihavehadseveralopportunitiestobeinapositionofleadershipwhilsthelpingin
theclassroomIhavedonemanyactivitieswithpeersinmyeducationclasses
whereIwasappointedtobetheleader.Animportantaspectofaleaderistonot
beadictatormerelyaguider,helpandbewillingtomakefirmdecisions.Beinga
leadermeansbeingcharismaticallowingpeopletotrustyouwithanempathetic
earbutaconfidentandfirmopinionandstanding.Youmustbeaffableandvoidof
prejudices.
