From Daily Plan Management, first thing in the morning


Registers daily plan by each task and is shared by others.
Daily plan is linked to memo reporting, document management, and
daily working logs.

Memo Reporting
Delivers information and messages to many people at the same time
without decision making process. It is easy to share information such as
urgent issues, briefings, opinion, etc., and reproduction of knowledge is
possible with gathered information.

Directives Management
Manages orders from high level officials such as the president, ministers, vice ministers,
directors, etc. It registers orders and assignments from officials and the proceeded
works are recorded.

Meeting Management
Brings up meeting agenda, expresses opinion, and registers and shares the result of
offline meeting.

Linkage to other ministries administration systems


Linked to the particular administration system of each ministry such as the Korean
Patent Service, Public Acquisition Service, Korean Legislation Service, etc to share
documents, so redundant job can be avoided.
