CBT # 253 Corrective Feedback

Introduction
One of the reasons why officers have problem giving feedback is that they don't quite know what to say or how to
say it. They find the situation awkward, particularly when they have to give critical feedback. As a result, problems
are left unaddressed, and they often get even worse. Hence, this course can help officers communicate
performance feedback in a structured, organized way. The structure is simple and powerful, and is a confidencebooster for officers, especially when they need to talk about performance problems with subordinates.
