AP Calculus BC T-Shirt, Logo Contest &

Calculus Valentines Day Card Rubric


The goal of this project is to creatively demonstrate how mathematics is used in logos and
Greeting cards with math.

Logo Contest Requirements:


1. Create a Clean and Legal Mathematical Logo on a sheet of 8 x 11 inch plain paper.
2. The Contest entry form must be completed and attached to the back of the Logo Design.
3. Black ink only
4. Trade Marks and pre-set logos / images are not allowed. (Look at the Contest booklet of examples.)
5. Due Date Feb 13th

Calculus Valentines Day Requirements:
7. Create a Clean and Legal Calculus Valentines Day greeting card that pops up, moves, or is animated in some
fashion. The card should also contain a catchy calculus pun, joke, riddle, poem, message, etc.
8. The cards message or format should review previously covered calculus topics or concepts. Be Impressive!
9. Create a Calculus T-Shirt design. Draw the design on the T-Shirt template page. Follow the T-shirt rubric
