I am looking for the absolute best company for me to share my experiences with. I want to be
able to develop and create my own growth opportunities without limitations for a mutually long-

2007 –Current Training nationwide on Cisco telephones, voicemail and CCMUser. Also train on
Nortel telephones and voicemail.

2007 – 2000 Technical Instructor for Global Knowledge, Richardson, Texas Global Knowledge
is the premier education partner to Nortel Networks. I was responsible for teaching key personnel
installation procedures throughout the United States. This included installation, programming and
maintenance of the Norstar telephone system and Norstar Applications Module. Quality
instruction that results in the highest quality customer care is a result of my instructions.
In addition, I also work with many telecom contractors throughout the country programming
Norstar, Nortel and Cisco systems and training their clients.

2000 -1995 System Design Specialist for Pyramid Communications, Dallas, Texas
I was the Project Manager for Pyramid Communications handling their national accounts in
training end users on the Norstar telephone system. I was required to travel extensively to meet
with their important accounts to program their systems and assist in the initial training. This
resulted in a satisfied and well prepared customer for Pyramid Communications. An important
part of this was to develop expanded sales of key telephone equipment including voicemail for
national accounts.

1995 - 1990 Office Manager for Dallas Business Telephone, Dallas, Texas
My service to Dallas Business Telephone included assisting in national accou nts during difficult
transition periods. This included expanded service, additional equipment, office relocations, and a
host of other services for our valued customers. Often, I was required to secure contractors to
install the systems on a national scale, managing the install, dispatching technicians for service
calls and tracking accounts receivable. An important part of my service included knowledgeable
presentations of the products to expand sales and assist customers. I was able to develop a
tremendous amount of customer loyalty during my work with Dallas Business Telephone.
