Randolph Ice Rink 2016

Rink Rental Form

The Randolph Ice Rink is available for group rentals during times when there are no schedules special events,
open skates or clinics. All rentals must be approved by the Recreation Director or Rink Manager before the
date of the rental. Exclusive rentals are $75 per hour, and school groups and shared ice time may be available
at a discounted rate.

Rentals can be reserved for open skate or open hockey. No equipment will be provided.
No instruction will be provided during the ice rink rentals.
All children who have their own skates should bring them.
We expect all groups to provide an adequate number of chaperones to supervise children on the ice
and in the building assisting with skates. We will not assign additional staff to assist with your party.
Chaperones who do not wish to skate may walk on the ice with clean boots. (*It is important no salt is
tracked on the ice)
Groups may choose to have the snack bar open. Snacks range in price from .25 to $2.00.
EACH GROUP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING COMPLETED PERMISSION SLIP FOR EACH UNDERAGE
PARTICIPANT. A copy will be provided to you prior to your rental date.
The Rink Staff members will go over the rules with the rental group upon arrival.
Each rental is subject to weather and ice conditions. Call ahead if you have questions about weather
cancellations.
A $25 non-refundable deposit must be paid at time of reservation and the remaining balance can be paid the
day of rental. If rental is canceled by rink manager prior to Feb 15th then ice time will be rescheduled. After Feb
15th then deposit will be refunded

It is recommended that one person, aged 21+ be responsible for ensuring rental is paid for
and that all permission forms are completed and brought to the rink the day of the rental.

By signing this form, I understand that all participants in this group rental must abide by the
Randolph Ice Rink rules and follow all directions given by the rink staff. I realize that failure
of individual group members to adhere to the rules may result in loss of ice time.
