MATTER: BREAKING DOWN AND RE-INSTALLING, COMMISSIONING
OF ASSEMBLING MACHINE.

Dear Faizel,

As per your request we are able to break down the cap assembling machine and re-
assembling and commissioning at the new site.

We estimate the cost as follows:

- 2 x Return air tickets
- Car hire for 5 days
- Accommodation 4 nights
- Food 5 days
- 2 x Technicians 1 day for dismantling, 1 day for assisting with loading and off-
loading
- 2 x technicians 2 days for re-assembling & start-up
- 2 x technicians 1 day for commissioning and production run
In total 5 working days.

Note:
Above is estimated on worst case scenario.
We will invoice according to the hours worked based on the times recorded on the job
cards. If technicians complete work in shorter time we will charge the actual hours
worked only.

- The estimated cost for 2 x return air tickets: R 6,000.00

- The estimated cost for car hire for 5 days R 3,250.00
- The cost for 4 nights accommodation, 5 days food for 2 tech R 9,750.00
- Travelling time and labour cost for 5 days, 2 tech (8 hours/day) R68,800.00

Total R87,800.00

Delivery – Depending on our technicians arranged schedules at time of placement of
order.
