Services Agreement Hogar Barnvakt och städ AB

SERVICES AGREEMENT is dated as of , , by and between

__________________________ (“Contractor”) and Mackarena Maricahuin (“Owner”)
(collectively the “Parties”).

The Parties agree as follows:

1. SERVICES:
● General Cleaning according to the protocol of the company.

2. TIME OF COMPLETION :
The service shall be substantially completed
● Preferred day for Cleaning ___________________________

● Preferred time and amount of hours _______________________

* The service can be canceled 24 hrs prior the completion of the service.
* Day for Cleaning can change with agreement of the customer and company.

3. EQUIPMENT:
● The owner does not provide equipment and material. All The equipment is paid by the
contractor
● The Company is not responsible to offer another cleaning if the employer is sick.
● Both parties can cancel the contract with 15 days notice.

4. PAYMENT AND PRICES:

The payment(s) shall be paid in the following manner after the service is fully delivered:
● Invoice one time for a month and invoice will be sent at the end of each month.
● The Price is 285 kr Swedish corone per hour exclusive Moms .
Invoice one time for a month and invoice will be sent at the end of each month.
● We are not available to work on the red days . So recommended to re/schedule.
