SELLERS STEPS TO CLOSE

Now that the purchase & sales agreement has been signed, we are on our way to close on your
beautiful home! In preparation for this, here are some important things to note:

- Please contact the Fire Department to set up a pre-walk-through to check the smoke
detectors and CO2 units in your home. We want to be sure that everything is up to code
(i.e. located in the right places, less than 10 years old,
photoelectric, etc). The pre-walk through costs $20. This will
ensure we have plenty of time to get the house in compliance for
the final inspection, which is good for 60 days.

- One week before closing, contact service providers and utilities to notify them of the
date of transfer of services to the new owner.

- Please keep all manuals, garage door openers, keys, etc.

- The closing is scheduled for __________________. At this time, all papers of

ownership and payments are signed and exchanged transferring ownership of
the home to the new buyers. Any keys will be passed over at this time. Please make
sure to bring your license with you.
