1. COMMENCEMENT
The terms and conditions set out herein will constitute the employee’s contract with the company with effect
from ___Monday 2 October 2023__and the conditions of employment, associated with the position, will be
according to the minimum requirements of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (75/97).
2. PLACE OF WORK
The employee shall be expected to work at the head office in Vanderbijlpark, with occasional visits to other
branches/ offices (Mafikeng & Potchefstroom).
3. JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties:
Attending Labor relation issues (Grievances, disciplinary actions & staff file updates).
Visit Mafikeng offices every last Thursday of the month and,
Visit Potchefstroom offices each last Friday of the month.

4. Termination of contract
Either party can terminate this contract with four weeks' written notice. In the case where an employee is
illiterate, notice may be given to that employee verbally.
5. Wages
The employees' wages shall be paid on the last day of every month and shall be __R25 000_.
The employee shall be entitled to receive a travel grant of _R5000__ daily.
6. Hours of work
Normal working hours will be from _09:00_ to _17:00_ from Mondays to Fridays. The employer may not
require or permit the employee to work more than the stipulated amount of time.
All legal deductions shall be made on the employees’ salary. The employer MAY NOT deduce any monies
from the employee's salary unless the employee has agreed hereto in this contract or in writing on each
occasion.
8. General
Any changes to this agreement will only be valid if they are in writing and have been
agreed and signed by both parties
