PROBATIONARY CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT (TRAINING)

5. Nature of employment:
This is a production staff position for a 3-month probationary period. An appraisal will
take place one week after the date of commencement and again before the end of the
contract in order to assess your suitability to the position. Should the management find
your performance unsatisfactory, the management reserve the right to terminate your
employment with one week notice in writing.

6. Pay:
Allowance: approx. P6,000/mo. (24 days) with the constant amount of P250/day.

7. Method of payment:
Payment will be made weekly by (specify method) at the end of the first week’s work.

8. Hours of work:
You are required to work 48 hours per weeks from Monday to Saturday excluding lunch
breaks. Due to the nature of the work you may be required to work additional hours and
you will be entitled to time in lieu for these hours.

9. Overtime:
The Employee agrees to work overtime, on Sundays or public holidays, when required.
Payment time in such instances shall be as provided for in the applicable legislation.

10. Disciplinary and Grievance Policy and Procedures:


The Disciplinary and Grievance Policies and Procedures of the organization are detailed
in the Terms and Conditions of Employment document accompanying this contract.
