EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
1) Offer & Probationary Period
a) Your employment shall commence on _____________________ and shall be automatically confirmed after the probation period.
No confirmation letter will be issued.
b) Probation period is three (3) months from date of commencement. Your probation period may be extended if more time is
required to monitor your performance.

2) Notice For Termination of Employment


a) Local Workers: shall be giving one (1) days’ notice during the probationary period & seven (7) days’ notice upon confirmation
or salary in lieu of notice by either party.
b) Foreign Workers: shall be giving one (1) months’ notice or salary in lieu of notice by either party.
c) Supervisors: shall be giving two weeks’ notice during the probationary period & one months’ notice upon confirmation or salary
in lieu of notice by either party.

3) Salary
a) Your salary shall be paid on the 5th and 20th of the month and will be credited into your bank account. Except for EPS, salary shall
be paid on the last day of the month. Both the Employee and the Company shall contribute to the Central Provident Fund and
Community Fund at the prevailing rates laid down.
b) You are required to return all the Company’s properties (e.g. uniform, access card, safety boots) before you collect your final
salary payment in the event you resigned from the Company.

4) Job Scope & Working Days & Hours


a) Your job scope will be aligned with all works and assignments as required by the worksite deployed to and any other duties
assigned by the reporting Supervisor. Official working hours is 44 hours per week. If you are required to work beyond this hour,
Overtime rate will apply thereafter and working hours capped at 12 hours per day and overtime capped at 72 hours per month.
b) You are required to adhere to the workdays and hours as communicated to you by the Reporting Manager.

5) Annual Leave
a) You are entitled to Seven (7) days of paid annual leave; Eight (8) days (for Supervisors) upon the completion of one year’s
service. For every additional twelve (12) months of continuous service, you will earn one (1) day of paid annual leave, up to a
maximum of fourteen (14) days. Annual leave will be pro-rated before the completion of one-year service with the Company.
b) You may carry forward any current year’s unutilized annual leave to the next following year. Annual leave carried over from the
previous year must be consumed in the current year, otherwise it will be forfeited.

6) Sick Leave
You are entitled to paid sick leave not exceeding: -
a) 14 days in each year if no hospitalization is necessary or 60 days (including the 14 days in 6.a) in each year if hospitalization is
necessary. You must notify your immediate / reporting supervisor as soon as practicable if you are unable to work for medical
reasons.

7) Transfer
a) The Company reserves the right to post or transfer you to any of our assignments within the organization in Singapore which
might be different working hours as required by our clients. Such transfer or change will be communicated to you by (1) day in
advance or with immediate effect.

8) Retirement & Re-Employment


a) The Company supports post retirement employment and re-employment of senior workers and shall endeavour to re-employ retired
employees into suitable positions and provide re-training wherever possible.
b) The retirement age for all employees has been raised to 65 years. All employees may continue to be re-employed beyond the
retirement age, up to the age of 70.
c) An employee shall be offered re-employment contract with fixed term tenure on mutually agreeable terms by the Company and the
employee. The tenure for the re-employment contract offered shall take one of the following forms:
(i) Re-employment on a year- to-year basis; (ii) Re-employment for five years

All Part-Time employees will be entitled to prorated annual leave and medical leave based on the hours or days of worked.
