I am writing with respect to the contract awarded to me – “Construction of Perimeter fence”
by your reputable company to confirm the handover date and occupancy of your gas plant
site at Ilero effective from March 4, 2023 as discussed with the site supervisor and in
consonant with the program of works submitted to you.
We are pleased to handover this project to OAKGROVE GAS PLANT and appreciate the
ongoing support from you and your team.
Once again we would like to take this opportunity to thank you upfront for your kind support
during the project duration and your prompt respond to our needs which has helped us to gain
the shape of the project.
We hereby would like to handover the project as completed to you through this formal letter,
