Dear Sir Raymund,

This pertains to Globe Telecom, Inc. 's (“Globe”) telecommunication facility located at Brgy.Reyes, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan and the request we received for a one year advance lease for the site.

In regard to this, please note that we can grant this request as long as we have a signed agreement indicating your
accordance with the following terms:

● Agreed for 5 years extension from July 7,2019 to March 7,2032

● Approval of tower sharing of Globe with other affiliated partners
● No additional cost for tower upgrades and expansion done at the cellsite for the additional 15sqm, any
excess will subject for discussion for the additional cost

We hope that you are amenable to this proposal as these terms will help us expedite approval for your advance lease
request. If you agree with the aforementioned terms, kindly affix your signature in the space provided below and
return a copy of this signed letter to us.

I,RAYMUND PABUNAN, agreed to the contract terms indicated in this letter as part of my request for a one year
advance lease for the telecommunication facility located at Brgy.Reyes, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
