Subject: Leter Agreement for Architectural Services Proposal

Dear Mr. Guillen,

I hope this leter finds you well. I am wri�ng to confirm the agreement reached between us regarding the
provision of architectural services, as outlined in the proposal dated September 30, 2023.

This leter serves to formalize our understanding and to ensure clarity on the terms of our arrangement.
The scope of services to be provided includes the design development phase, schema�c design phase and
the construc�on documenta�on, to build a new resort in Laiya, Batangas City approximately 5 hectares
and the price for these services is starts 20,000,000 pesos. The �me of performance is expected to
commence on January 15,2024 and conclude on March 10, 2025, as specified in the proposal.

Please be aware that agreement of the terms stated in the proposal paper atached is a requirement.
Please carefully read the plan, and if you are in agreement, sign this leter and send a copy back to us. Your
prompt reply will atest to our shared dedica�on to the agreed terms.

Should you have any suggested altera�ons or addi�ons to the terms, kindly let me know as soon as
possible. A�er that, we may talk about making any required changes to make sure that everyone's
expecta�ons are met in the final agreement.

I would like to draw your aten�on to the importance of documen�ng our agreement formally. As
discussed in our previous communica�ons, this leter agreement serves as a preliminary step and may be
followed by the prepara�on and execu�on of a more comprehensive formal contract. In such a case, any
formal writen contract will supersede the terms outlined in this leter agreement.

If there are no objec�ons to the terms as stated, I kindly request that you sign and return a copy of this
