Subject: Request For An Extension In The Residential Lease

Agreement.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter with reference to the lease agreement that I entered
with you on September 2013 to take your apartment located at No. 15,
17/21B, 46400 Petaling Jaya on lease for a period of 2 years. As the
agreement is coming to an end on September 2015, I request you to please
provide extension of the lease for another 6 months. Since I still not
completing my study in University of Malaya and it is also close to my
campus, I wish to extend the lease.

All the terms and conditions of the lease agreement can be same though you
can increase the monthly rental amount. I promise that I will keep the rental
payment before the due date given every month. I am also willing to pay a
penalty if I wish to vacate the premises before the expiry of the extended
lease term if such a situation arises.
Hope you can understand our concern and agree to extend our agreement
for another six months. We are expecting a positive response from your end.
