Sub: Comprehensive Repair and Maintenance of Battery # 1

The work Order for the above job was placed on M/s FOSBEL INDIA PVT LIMITED vide
PO NO.4515010113 Dated:16.09.2017 at a price of Rs. 23,452,868.30 for a period of
180 days. As the job was started by the party from 22.09.2017, the schedule date of
completion of the contract will be 20.03.2018. To maintain continuity of the contract,
next PR has to be processed immediately as the existing contract will expire on
20.03.2018.

Important terms and condition of contract vide Cl. No 20 stipulates that “DSP reserves
the right to extend the contract under same terms and condition”.

There is a upward trend of wages & other costs and the performance of the party is
satisfactory (Performance report attached), it is proposed to extend the above
contract for another 180 days.

PR for the proposed contract is raised vide no.4206011701 dated 03.01.2018 with
same value of Rs. 23,452,868.30.

May please be approved for placing repeat order on M/s Fosbel India Pvt Ltd as per
same terms and condition of the existing order.
