Sub: Agreement Termination and Extension.

We regret to inform you that we will be ending your term of employment with us, as of March 17 2021.
Please consider the aforementioned date as your last day of work. This is done in compliance with the
minimum notice period required by your contract. And your contract is also extend for another 45 days.
Because the project your working on in it not finished yet so you have to work at the end of that project
you will get 30% hike in Your payment of 45 days work.

You are required to return any of the company’s material, documents or equipment to which you had
access during the period your contract. As with all employees, you are bound by our confidentiality and
data protection policies. After your 45 days extended period.

You are entitled to be paid the amount of 6,89,000 ₹ in accordance with the terms of your contract.  We
will provide such payment on May 5 2021. You are also entitled to 96000 ₹ of benefits of Gratuity.
