Dear Mr. Sajjad Hossain,

This has reference to your application and subsequent interviews you have had with us. We are pleased to offer you a Consultancy
assignment in our RTHD based at Bogura Office, with effect from 01/10/2021, on the following terms and conditions.

The Company undertakes construction and widening work of NH-05 at various locations and you are being engaged for the GIS Analyst
in NH-05, based at Bogura Office, on the following terms & conditions:

Scope of The Work:

You will be responsible for: Highway Construction & Widening Work NH-5 and other work handed to you by Project Director, RTHD.

1. Terms & Conditions

a. This contract will be valid for 3 Years with effect from 01/10/2021 or on completion of Highway Construction and
widening Work NH-5, whichever is earlier.
b. You would be paid monthly consultancy fees of BDT. 27,500/- (Twenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Taka) per month
subject to Govt. Salary Grade-09.
c. Inland Travel: You will be entitled for 12,000 or 18,000 or equivalent for Working travels. You would stay at
RTHD/RHD transit houses wherever available. You would be paid a daily boarding allowance of BDT.1,500/- from which
expenses towards meals would be deducted. If you stay with relatives or friends you would be paid an additional amount
of BDT. 1,000/- per day. If required to stay in hotel the daily limit for reimbursement would be BDT.1,500/-
d. You would be reimbursed the cost of any official long-distance calls made by you upon submission of bills.
e. You are expected to work for 6 days in a week and you should inform your Non-Availability in advance.
f. During the course of your employment with RTHD you will be required to abide by RTHD code of conduct as detailed
out in Annexure-A. Non-compliance to the code of conduct will lead to termination without notice and the management
may (depending on the nature of violation) proceed with legal lawsuit.
g. The contract may be terminated with one month’s notice from either side or on payment of one month’s salary.
2. Confidentiality of Information
a. You will not divulge information about the company, customer, and progress of the project to any outsider without prior
approval from your supervising manager.
b. You will not undertake similar assignments from competitors of the RTHD, during the course of this contract.
c. You will take utmost care during the course of this contract in handling Work Information of sensitive nature to maintain
its secrecy.
3. Reporting

You are required to inform the progress of your work to MD. Hamidur Rahman Hamid PD, RTHD, Bogura Office. Kindly communicate
your acceptance of this contract by signing a copy of this letter and returning it to us.
