Dear Sir,

I am writing in response to your letter for a clearance for a space on my 49ft structure for purpose
of accommodating a LTE tower. I am pleased to issue clearance as proposed. However, being a
private sector and with this private asset I will be more pleased if your management could leased
the space.

I proposed to take as leased for Nu.15,000.00 rent per month. This rate aligns with my prospects,
and I am confident that it is a fair and reasonable price for both parties involved.

Thank you for considering my property as a potential site for your LTE tower setup. I look forward
to finalizing the leasing agreement and embarking on a productive, long-term partnership.
