    Subject: Willingness for continuation of the service of 2 NO. Security guard Reg. with CBDT Morbi
    Sir,

    with regards to the discussion held with your office we hereby give our willingness to continue the
    service of providing 2No Security Guards as per tender floated by CBDT Morbi Vide NO GEMC-
    S1168773304S114
    of the services. Dated 06-0S-2023 beyond Is May 2023 till the CBDT Morbi directs for the closure

    We also give our willingness to continue the service as per above, in accordance with the rates along
    agreed to by us through above referred contract.

    Please extend our contract for another one year.

    As there is a provision in the contract for extension of contract for one more year.
    So please grant us extension for one more year.
