Sub :- Comply to Disqualification of M/S Parida Construction

(1) Vibratory Roller –

There was on agreement between Shuvendu Bhusan Behera and
M/S Parida construction on Date -09.07.2022 and it is agree not to sublet or
lessee his machinery during our agreement Period of 36 months (3 years) to
any body else.

Therefore disqualification for not mentioning Period of lease in the

lessee deed is itself quashed.

(2) Tendom Roller :-

There was on agreement between Satyasai construction ,Binjharpur,
Jajpur and M/S Parida construction on Date 09.07.2022 and it is agree not to
sublet or lease his machinery during our agreement Period of 36 months (3
years) to anybody else.

Therefore disqualification for not mentioning Period of lease in the

lessee deed is itself quashed.

This agreement is valid for a Period of 3 years (36 months) or till the work
is completed .
