6. Termination of Contract

2.5 The Service Provider further agrees that this appointment is a Contract For Service and therefore shall not constitute or to be

3. The Services
3.1 The Services to be rendered by the Service Provider is to provide merchandising/promoting services to the Principal or its ID number: X
clients as the Principal may so assign to the Service Provider from time to time.
ADDENDUM (1)

Project Details and Guidelines

Project Guidelines:-

(a) Dress code


(i) Must wear long black pants (no torn pants & jeans) & black covered shoes.
(ii) Must wear designated uniform (if uniform is provided); otherwise a own black or white
clean collared shirt/ blouse.
(iii) Black colour plain tudung & hand socks for Muslim promoter.
(iv) Blouse/shirt is to be tucked in neatly.

(b) Personal appearance


(i) Neat, clean & tidiness is compulsory:
a. Lady with long hair is to tie it up
b. No moustache and beard for man
(ii) Do not wear jewellery or accessories during work. Eg: Watch, bracelet, ring etc.
(iii) Lady is encouraged to wear light make up (lipstick).
(iv) Nails are to be kept short & clean. Do not wear nail polish.

(c) Working etiquette


(i) Smile, be friendly and always approach the targeted customers.
(ii) Be polite. Never raise your voice at customers. Customers are always right.
(iii) If you come into any difficult inquiry or product complaints from customer,
please direct them to call the customer careline. Please decline from answering any
question.
(iv) The usage of mobile phone for personal reason during working time is
strictly prohibited.
(v)Must strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provided.
(vi) Must arrived at the working place minimum 30 minutes earlier for preparation
before official working hours. Signatory:

(vii) Do not chit-chat with other promoters during work.
(viii)Do not eat or drink during working time.

(d) SOP
(i) Sales in unit, sampling hit in unit or engagement hit must be recorded using sales
template provided or notebook. Do not cheat on the data key in.
(ii) Report must be submitted on time based on the timeline provided.
(iii) Promoter must complete promoter checklist before going to work.
(iv) Must follow the right way to display products on the booth.
(v) Follow outlet procedure and company instruction for any changes of the SOP given.
(vi) Must put up notice when go for sampling preparations, prayers, meal or washroom.
(vii) Promoter require to attend training before and start working, any failure to do that, we
will investigate and grading promoter to continue to work.

(e) Training
(i) Promoter require to attend training before and start working. Either in the classroom
or virtual training.
(ii) Promoter need to attend at least once a month for a refresher training, if failed to do
so, company have the right to terminate promoter due to not attend training at all.

(f) Sampling & Premium Delivery and Collection


(i) Every promoter must record down every single item for receiving stock sampling
and premium, end of the month must be submitting form to the supervisor collection.
(ii) Everytime end of the project due to inform supervisor do collection and count the
quantity tally with the redemption.
(iii) DO NOT selling or giving any leftover sampling or premium item, if found to do that
legal action will take to the promoter.
(iv) Promoter Must have Valid Typhoid injection before doing any sampling, and
submit certification with this contract together.

(g) The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove
portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these
Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site or Services after the
posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. In addition,
when using any particular services, you may be subject to any posted guidelines, rules,
product requirements or sometimes additional terms applicable to such services. All such
guidelines, rules, product requirements or sometimes additional terms are hereby
incorporated by reference into the Terms.

ADDENDUM (2)

Service Fees

I. The service fees payable to the service provider are in accordance to the illustration
below:
(a) An all-inclusive fee of RM 90 Basic per day for normal service of 8 hours.
(b) Incentive booth allowance that is RM10.
(c) An incentive of RM RM10 per day for achieving daily target KPI.
(d) A training fee of RM20 per project. (Please note that it is compulsory for you to attend the
office training).
(e) Subject to change is any special request working hours and salary adjustment by
Manager Level to the promoter.

II. Important Note: Service fees made payable to the service provider MUST BE supported
with 2 documents:
(a) Punch card to be submitted before 5th with correct information of the next working month
( whoever late will be proceed next month ) Maximum to claim 2 month after working period
(b) Using Synergy Apps that given for check in, submit task and check out in the outlet

III. Penalty Form:


(a) Any of the internal staff Tristar complaint are deduct for RM20,
(b) Any Client complaint are deduct for RM50
(c) Any Outlet PIC complaint or MIA between 20 minutes without info, termination

PROMOTER SAFETY & HYGIENE GUIDELINES

I, Jasmine Ho Kit Ee (NRIC : 020609-14-0176 )


hereby confirm that I fully understand and have been fully trained on the
following standard opera�ng procedures :

1) Product Training & Sampling Prepara�on Methods (for the respec�ve products
that I will be promo�ng)
2) I have the relevent typhoid injec�on cer�ficate that is s�ll valid (wet sampling
promoter only)
3) Cleaning procedure for all sampling utensils - to use the provided cleaning
detergent and sponge.
4) Cleaning of sampling utensils is to be done at the kitchen sink and NOT in the
toilet.
5) Storage for all sampling stocks that are kept in any premise to be elevated
and not located near any cleaning supplies nor toilets. All samples are to be
sealed properly.
6) Do not use any damaged / dented / bloated sampling stocks.
7) Do not use any near expiry stocks:
i) Dry sampling - minimum 6 months from expiry date
i) Wet sampling - minimum 3 months from expiry date
8) Storage for sampling stock in transit (in any vehicle) to be kept no longer than
1 hour exposed to direct sunlight.
9) Ensure hair is �ed back neatly, nails are short & clean, no jewelry / watches.
10) If unwell with fever or diarrhea, please report in sick and take MC.
