ODF EVALUATION REPORTS

The reports of the meeting held after setting up the committee.

INDUCTION OF MEMBERS

● The pioneer members were active but the passive members were more than the active
members.
● Almost 90% of members were from different local government in Oke-ogun which is in
accordance with the aim of the Forum.
● There is no female member in the forum.

DUES

● The due is #10,000:00 per member as agreed upon but almost 75% of the members are not
paying as expected.
● No any other source of funds for the forum except within.

● PROJECT

● The projects commissioned since the inception of the forum are outstanding and have been
promoting the name of the forum across Oke-ogun and Nigeria ; the aim of project as centered
on schools was achieved. All to the glory of God.

ELECTIVE OFFICER

● All officers of the forum are working effectively for the progress of the forum as aimed.

PHYSICAL MEETING

● The attitudes of 80% of members toward the physical meeting were not impressive at all.

● The attendance during project presentation was also not encouraging at all.

● The members do not know one another by face and by names.

Supossing we meet one another in any functions or call for recommendations in our professions
as it's warrant.
