30 15 Were your objectives met? (Yes/ No) Yes our objectives were met because we were able to orient our officers about the history, causes, mission, vision and objectives of the organization. Our objectives were also met because our resource was present and she was able to share important and inspiring things about servant leadership. I. PRE-IMPLEMENTATION STAGE The officers and some members of the organization met at the Faber Hall two weeks before the actual implementation date of the activity. In the meeting, the concept and rationale of the activity was discussed. Important committees such as logistics, invitations & communications, food, technical and documentations were created. Before the meeting was ended the tasks of all who were present were reiterated. II. IMPLEMENTATION STAGE The activity started with a prayer, after then the orientation seminar was begun by founding president of the organization. After the orientation seminar the participants had their snacks. After the break the servant leadership seminar was then started by the resource speaker. During the servant leadership seminar the officers were asked about their reasons why they participate or get involved in the organization. The resource speaker presented the strengths and types of leaders. The participants were asked to analyze which of the types of a leader they are. III. POST-IMPLEMENTATION STAGE Most of the members and officers of the organization who were present in the activity evaluated it as good. The activity did not start on time because the organizers were waiting for the officers who were the participants of the activity. There were actually less number of officers who joined in the activity even if they were informed ahead of time. The project head of the activity, the president of the organization and the officers who participated in the activity met and talked about on how to improve the activity for next academic year. The IV. RECOMMENDATIONS The group recommends that the activity should be held in a time or day which most or all of the officers of the organization are free. Proper and constant information dissemination should be done so that the expected participants will be informed and will be constantly reminded of the activity.

And also the group also recommends that confirmations of the expected participants should be asked, better if personally, so that the organizers will be sure that there will be people who will attend in the activity. In the orientation seminar part of the discussion was the history and the causes why XADSO was organized.

In the activity the objectives of the organization was thoroughly discussed.
