ideas from the members without any comment or criticism.

• Once the APP is approved by the GB, let the treasurer prepare
the budget
• Estimate the expense on higher side and income on the lower
side
• The revenue should be more than the expenses. If the expense
is more, then cut the expense or find out income source
• The budget should be realistic, by ascertaining the income from
the past records and determining the expenses to be incurred
on all the heads
• Provide little cushion to each and every head
• Keep reviewing the budget periodically

MRFs to be sent before 10th of every month with
at least one action photograph and GB/LGB
meeting notice

Membership dues:
1st Half dues before 10th, February and second
half dues before 10th, August or I half dues
before 10th, March, and second half dues before
10th, September with 10% penalty to be sent
with DD in favor( or on line) of JCI India drawn at
Mumbai, and Membership list two sets with
covering letter.

JCI Officers’ Visit
NP/EVP will be the Chief Guest during their visit

NP/EVP should not be given home stay

In the official vehicle with NP/EVP, only ZP, Visit coordinator and

stay through out and leave after the event.
